A slow and soothing Sunday afternoon workshop. This is going to be a great opportunity to take time to settle the nervous system and rest deeply. We will begin with gentle stretching, deeply rest in restorative poses with the support of bolsters and blankets , practice calming breathing exercises and then conclude with a sweet guided mantra meditation. The perfect way to prepare for the coming week.
