I am Cassandra Missio the founder and principal teacher at Earth and Sky. It is so lovely to have you here!
I know how difficult it can be to fit yoga into your busy schedule and so I offer various ways that you can join us for practice both online and in person.
I am a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher. Anusara Yoga is an alignment based school of Hatha Yoga that promotes creative freedom and individual expression while teaching within a precise methodology called the Universal Principles of Alignment™. Throughout class I weave inspirational heart themes while the alignment principles awaken awareness of the physical body. The practice will support you to develop strength and vitality of the body and bring deeper connection to the space of the heart.

Meet Cassandra Missio
I have been teaching since 2003 and feel so grateful that I can share my passion for yoga with you. To every class I bring the intention to offer an experience of freedom and lightness in the body and heart. As well as my online offerings I teach regular classes in my home town of Avoca Beach in the beautiful Central Coast. I also offer regular local, regional and international yoga retreats.
I have two children who take up a lot of my time and know what it is to be a busy mother! When I am not teaching or being a taxi for my kids I love to walk in the bush, attend my weekly African dance class and swim in the sea.
