I’m Cassandra Missio, founder and principal teacher of Earth and Sky Yoga Studio. It’s so lovely to have you here.

I understand how full life can be, and how challenging it can feel to prioritise your practice. That’s why I offer a range of ways to join — both online and in person at my Avoca Beach studio — making it easier to find a rhythm that supports you.

I began teaching in 2003 and am trained in Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. My offerings also include Yoga Nidra, meditation, sound healing, and practices that support deep rest and relaxation.

My classes are welcoming, personal, and thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are. My intention is to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling calm, grounded, and more at home within yourself.
