This one-day immersive yoga experience will leave you feeling realigned and reconnected on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
Throughout your day you will experience a range of enriching and restoring yogic practices, beginning with gentle guided meditation and pranayama (breathing practice) to regulate your nervous system and establish an anchor point in your mind, ensuring you are centred and positioned to immerse yourself into the day.
We will share time learning more on the philosophy of yoga with teachings that can be applied directly to your day to day life. Time will be made for reflection, contemplation and journalling.
We will then move into a dynamic yoga practice to embody the teachings.
As we break for lunch we will be treated to a delicious vegetarian feast made with local produce, locally handcrafted treats and herbal tea.
The day will conclude with a soothing restorative yoga and sweet guided yoga nidra practice.
