Earth and Sky Yoga Retreats: A chance to refocus, rebalance and restore.

Our regular three-day weekend retreats offer you the opportunity to escape the hectic pace of city life and immerse yourself in yoga and meditation. Retreat locations are specially chosen for their natural beauty and the serenity and peace of mind they evoke.

Retreats typically include: two nights of accommodation (Friday, Saturday); a welcome relaxation class; twice daily yoga appropriate for all levels of ability; workshops; meditation sessions; time to yourself to rest, reflect and explore; delicious vegetarian meals and snacks.

Our retreats offer an opportunity to extend and deepen your practice amongst lovely company drawn from our Earth & Sky community and are a timeless investment in your yoga practice, your physical and emotional health.
