Earth & Sky Yoga and Pilates Classes
Currently we offer the following yoga classes at Earth & Sky: Beginner Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Open Yoga, Restorative Yoga/Meditation, Pre-natal Yoga, and Mums & Bubs Yoga. We also offer Open Pilates and TRX Dynamic classes.
Our classes, workshops and retreats are inspired by the philosophy and methodology of Anusara Yoga (www.anusara.com), in which body, heart and mind are brought into alignment through practice.


Gentle Yoga
Earth and Sky’s Gentle Yoga class is perfect for students who are: recovering from injury, illness or surgery; those who simply prefer a less intense pace; and students who wish to begin their yoga journey gently.

Open Yoga
Open Yoga is perfect for those who have an understanding of yoga fundamentals as taught at Earth & Sky and/or have completed at least four weeks of Beginner Yoga at our studio.

Restorative Yoga / Meditation
A quiet space in your week for mindfulness, comfort and contemplation

Pre-natal Yoga
Our pre-natal classes are crafted to support you at any stage of your pregnancy.

Mums & Bubs Yoga
Our Mums & Bubs Yoga classes are crafted to safely and effectively prioritise target areas for new mums, such as pelvic floor, core, legs, back and neck.
